Elevation Certificates
ALTA Land Survey Company has extensive experience completing FEMA Elevation Certificates and requests to FEMA for Letters of Map Amendment. We recognize the frustration Clients encounter and the extremely high cost of required flood insurance, often this comes up last minute and without prior knowledge. We have helped many residential and commercial Clients through the process of getting their structure or property removed from a high-risk flood zone and into a flood zone that eliminates the need for flood insurance. Each case is unique and, as such, we provide an initial analysis of each request to determine the likelihood of removal from a flood zone prior to incurring any un-necessary costs.
